THE MELVINS: North American Tour Dates Announced

THE MELVINS will embark on a national tour with special guests BIG BUSINESS this fall in support of their October 10 release "The Senile Animal" (Ipecac). The first confirmed dates (many more to be announced soon) are as follows:

Sep. 12 - Vancouver, BC - Commodore Ballroom
Sep. 13 - Bellingham, WA - The Nightlight
Sep. 15 - Spokane, WA - Big Easy Concert House
Sep. 18 - Teton Village, WY - Mangy Moose
Sep. 19 - Fort Collins, CO - Aggie Theater
Sep. 20 - Denver, CO - Gothic Theater
Sep. 22 - Lawrence, KS - Granada Theater
Sep. 23 - Des Moines, IA - The Reverb
Sep. 24 - Cedar Falls, IA - House of Bricks
Sep. 25 - Minneapolis, MN - Fine Line Music Cafe

The band's first recording with new members Coady Willis (drums) and Jared Warren (bass) from BIG BUSINESS, "A Senile Animal" was recorded in Los Angeles.
